📢 Abstract Guidelines – ISGKCON 2025

  • Free Paper
  • E-Poster

✅ Requirements

  • Each registered delegate is eligible to submit abstracts.
  • One presenter can submit only one Free Paper and one E-Poster.
  • Abstracts must be submitted online in the prescribed format.
  • Presentation slots will be finalized based on quality of submissions.
  • Submission Deadline: 30th September 2025
  • Presentation Time:
    • Free Paper (Oral): 8 minutes + 2 minutes for Q&A
    • E-Poster: 3 minutes + 2 minutes for Q&A
  • Postgraduates must upload a certificate from their HOD.
  • Improper formats will be rejected.
  • Papers may be moved to the poster category at the discretion of the scientific committee.
  • Abstract word limit: Less than 250 words.
